Hey Nitrousoxide, I am sorry I mistyped as I was in a hurry. My jetting is 160 main and 155. These are the specs given to me by ALBA Action, I am running their pipe, my bike runs great, they jetted it for me.

nitrousoxide - I'm sorry but I don't understand your response about your carbs. Are you running the stock carbs or flatsides? I'm asking because if you are using the stock carbs, your jetting is much leaner than any other big-bore Raptor I've seen. Thanks!

 

sea level on stock carbs with a engine like that should be 200/205 jet, i know cuz that run 686's with 195/200 jets at sea level. approx 75-50 degrees out also.

your way lean, you need to go much "fatter"

150/148 is the biggest jetting I have. Which nozzles should I use(for stock carbs)?
The nozzle for "running idle" is 30 (stock 22,5).By using 35 my raptor not running.

Jetting depends on elevation also. The sizes you gave would be for dynojet jets. Is that what you are using? If your below 3000' I think you would need to be around 170/175+ using dynojets or like someone else said 190/195+ for mikuni jets.
