And I have never seen a need to run more than 25 pilot jets some use 27.5 but I think that's to big and your using 30s, WOW!

My town is on 1800´,am I use 170/175 ore much more?

 

My bike runs real well on 30 pilots. I wanted 27.5 but the dealer had 30 in stock so I opted for them. Works pretty well actually without any smoky exhaust.

Nitrousoxide, you should be running some massive jets in those stock carbs unless they are bored out. An engine with that size will typically demand more than the stock carbs can flow.

Stock raptor with pipe and open lid airbox should run about 8-10 hp over stock, so I'd guess 43-45 hp.

 

more like 48-50hp.

I don´t understand that our stock raptor in USA has 35 HP. Here in germany, if you get a brochure about ATVs (regarding raptor) you can see the raptors are registered with 47 Hp!
Or talk everybody of you in each case about "KW"(1 HP=0.736 kw)???
