extended swingers
#4
I spend a lot of time on the trails and dunes myself. My paddle tires have way, way too much hookup but with the extended swinger I found it much easier to keep the nose down, or at least keep me from laying on my back. Most mx guys are running a +1.25 inch swingarm from what I understand, so mine is a bit longer. But I have +1 forward a arms (got a deal on them so I didnt complain) and it balances out in the air pretty well when I actually get the courage to jump it.
I havent had a lot of time on it, but a friend of mine has a +4 tucker on his bike. It launches really well but IMO it doesnt turn as well as mine. It would be my choice for dunes and drags but not the trails and flattrack that I run.

A good friend of mine runs a machine shop and threw in the extension for me.
I really like it. I cranked up the preload a little to compensate and it rides smooth. I havent jumped a whole lot with it, but it hasnt shown any sign of wanting to bottom out on me either. It was dirt cheap compared to 500-900 for aftermarket and I would say its just as strong as stock if not stronger.
