I think after everything you could possibly do to both bikes, you would be better with the raptor.
Are you talking about a banshee against a raptor modded to the extreme, if yes, you are wrong here.

I am speaking of both bikes, modded to each's max, and I mean MAX. And I don't see anyway that the banshee would be able to beat it as far as straight lines go. in the quarter especially. To clarify, I am talking extended swing arm, suspensions, motor work, EVERYTHING...

Sorry agent. The raptor can barely hit 100 hp without funny fuel. There are plenty of banshees with twice that power w/o nitrous.

Well, I thought that I clarified that in my post, but I am speaking with the max mods. I don't care if it runs on whiskey. I am speaking turbos, everything. I just can't believe that the banshee with a smaller motor could be modded more than a 660 block. I just think of 4 cyl hondas vs a muscle car... If you max mod both, the bigger motor always wins... Maybe it doesn't apply in 4 wheeler motors, but that defies all logic...

A 2-stroke makes twice as many power producing strokes than does a 4-stroke.

Well people would assume the 660 will win because it's displacement is biggger, but that isn't all that matters, the banshee 350 is a two stroke, twin cylinder, and if you are drag fan, and have unlimited money, the banshee is the best choice.
