Default Custom Made Air Scoops

i belevie they're called air scoops.. ok well ANYWAYS In my manufacturing class we get to make stuff out of some sort of metal material and i asked and we can make them but what im wondering is what type of metal should i use and if has any dimensions possibly to guide me on the right track for this?

you shuld make them out of something lightweight but durable.

i was thining an aluminum but they are suplying a thick tin, so i think ill double it up on each side... so it's stronger

One should be fine, i dont think you have to double it up.
