I understand you are p1ssed. I would be, too. However, sometimes things happen that are just out of their control. I know LSR is slow(at least according to alot of people on here), but you don't need to be a d1ck about it(at least the first call or 2 ).
Oh, something to consider the next time you call to complain, usually the person you are talking to has absolutely NOTHING to do with the problem at hand and it will get you nowhere b1tching at him/her. Make sure you are talking to either an Owner, or the person who is actually making and/or selling you the part and that is responsible for the problem in the first place. This seems to get isues resolved quicker. Good luck with getting you the right part though bro.

yeah they are what just sales reps or customer service, they really don't control packaging and shipping, it's best that you don't going mouthing off to them like alot of people said on here, that will get you nowhere. it's just bad that they can't get there orders right and then you would end up having to pay money to send them back for the right ones, i like places that know what they're doing, but that's still no reason to go complaining to customer service, they are there to just to try to help get your order fixed

make sure they dont steel your rotor. If they say that they couldn't get the bolt off and had to scrap the whole thing you will be pissed so inform them about that!!!!! lol that would suck.. how u mess up your hubs in the first place?
