im totally stumped. it goes against everythign i know. compression, spark, and fuel. i should atleast get a sputter. i also put a new air screw in and i turned it in until it was tight, then out 1 and 1/4 turn, should atleast start and give me a baseline to work with. im confused!

well if your getting 1.fuel 2.spark and 3. compression then it should run, (it might not run good) but it should at least begin to run.

You should have stock jetting fot the most part. For one 340 is way to high, it should be around 230. Check the pilot to see what size it is. Should be around a 35-37 I think. As for you not getting spark all the time blasters are natorious for having bad coils, was the one you put on brand new? Check the resistance, it should be around 228. If its any higher that could be your problem.
