I've got a set I put on my Banshee, they look cool when you jump at night with lights off. I also zip tie a glowstick to the whip, it's a cool sight to see somebody waterskipping with them on.

If I was trying to air my tires in the dark,,,,they might come in handy. Other than that pretty useless IMO.

i dont think they would help with airing your tires in the dark, they only come on when the tire is spining.its more of a look at me type item.i was planning on making a couple of dune trips this summer, maybe sand mountain.but i was looking for a way to be seen at night for safty reasons. i know it can get scary sometimes ridding in the dark with 2 dozen or so people. but at sand mountain i ecpect 100s ridding.and im sure there will be alot of drunk drivers there to. 2 of my friends were in a head on a few years back while ridding there cr 125 and cr 250 bikes at a place called dabinky. brian lost 80% of his spleen and tj was really dazed and hurt for quite some time.i just dont want to be in that sitution..just looking for some extra insurance and piece of mind while im doing 60mph in the dunes
im still looking for some video of these in action.

thank you

If I had a set of those really shiny shiny aluminium rims then Id probably get a set...but I dont,so the only thing theyd really be cool for would be nightime burnouts, lighting up the tyre smoke would look cool.

I had them on mine and the sucked, some would work sometimes and some wouldn't. They work better on bigger rims because the really have to be moving to work. Mine went in the garbage.
