stock tires are horrible

stock suspension is crap for doing jumps .. alright for trail riding though

Chain tension adjustment is a pain .. you have to loosen the rear carrier upper and lower swivel bolts and then adjust on both sides .. it's not too bad once you're used to it, but it's still a pain. Dunno what other quads are like.

Other than that .. it's a great quad, not super fast, but not slow either. Very fuel efficient .. original looking and bullet proof.

The valve adjustment nuts come loose if they are not loctited on good, and it will break top motor mounts, other then that, its bullitproof.

Go rev your motor and watch your front suspension, it squats, so all the torque is transmitting through that motor mount into the frame, its more of a cool thing to break then anything, then you know your mods are working.

because a stock motor won't really break that, so you have to have some mods before that snaps. Its kinda like"hey you have too much power now" thing

Hey Guys, I'm new here, great site. On both my warrior and the wifes the only thing thats a real pain is the needle and jet adjustment on the carb. Not that your adjusting it everyday, it is still just a pain. They are a tough quad, ride them hard and something is going to break eventually.

Yeah .. the needle adjustment looks tricky to me as well. Haven't adjusted it as of yet, but I got the cool-tool kit for it christmas ... for dropping the bowl of the carb without having to take it off. It's a little tiny set with a very very small ratchet which uses screwdriver bits, great for tight places like that!!
