what are some inexpensive wolverine upgrades

I haven't spent much on mine but I'm sure I will in time. For starters I would say a good air filter and next I would say rejet your carb.That will put you out about 100 bucks but you'll see a big improvement.Also don't forget to screw out your speed limiter screw,that one is a freebee.

where is this speed limiter screw located?..never heard of it

It's just a throttle stop in the form of a philips head screw. It is on back side of the thumb lever housing (on the handle bars). It keeps the thumb lever from reaching wide open throttle. It really is a good idea to use this when teaching a younger rider how to ride.
