I agree the toomey pipe is your best bet. Get a K&N air filter and a jet kit and your set

 

he is gunna nee jets to , iam not sure what size though

so good starting mods for a blaster are: tires, pipe/silencer, filter, jets of course...anything else that is good stuff to start with?? My friends have an 04 and im trying to get them to sink some money into it.

 

Hey man, don't get a Toomey, they don't react to engine work the best and don't have the low end pull as other pipes. They are better pipes out there such as LRD, anddynoport, graydon etc.. And about first mods I would have to go with tires,pipe/silencer,UNI air filter,g3 reeds, LSR axle (or gforce for the budget),porting by HWD...etc etc..I could list mods all day.

 

I have a 05 Blaster and i have a FMF power core 2 pipe w/ gold series fatty, and badlands with itp rims and a 2' swing arm, and nerfs. It has alot of zip.
