Default raptor 727????

9000 thousand for a rap that must be from cycle sports . mine has the usual done to it
39fcrs
106mm ross piston
stage 2 hot cams
larger valves
port and polish
sparks exhaust.
lightened fly wheel.
caralo rod
and probably some other stuff i cant remeber to it. if you have 9000 g burning a hole in you pocket. i would find a nice clean rap for the cycle trader for a round 4000. and put a turbo on it .that is what im going to do.as for a 450 alot of the guys i ride with have them i think they ride to ruff and the seat sucks dont get me wrong they are good bikes just not that comfortable to ride all day. as for where i ride same as you ecept i ride coos area alot. i dont like the sand box to many parking lot posers and ricky racers. just my 2 cents

Default raptor 727????

thxs for the reply homdaddy, yes the raptor is from cycle sports, have you heard any thing bad about them, or the raptor727 they have had for over 4 months??? whats the advantages of having turbo compared to just putting a good 727 kit on? i know turbos take a while to spool up. i can run 9 psi on my truck, and my friend runs 24 psi on his WRX, how much can you run on a raptor with out run the risk of blowing the motor threw your @$$ lol. how much does it cost to put a turbo on a raptor, last time i cheaked was when my brother first bought his raptors back in 02, and they where like $2000 down in mexico. i would still like to buy a 727 ether already done or as you said buy a good used raptor and have it done on my own, maybe send the motor to craycraft? if im going to do it might as well do it good, damn i spend to much on my toys... 1,300 on a rc truck, 1,600 on a paint ball gun, 6,000 on truck, 2,000 on computer,,, lol damn

a kms turbo with with every thing you need is about 4000 and it make some serious power over 70 horse. it comes with exhaust, efi . and all the good stuff to make it fast. there is a guy in in eugene that has one on a 690 with sparks cam and big valves and it is sreaming fast on pump gas. it starts easy and runs like a champ and he doent jet or fiddle with it gas and go. as for cycle sports they bolton and go they dont tune and they charge full retail and shop labor and best of all no warranty. so i would stay clear iwas thinking when i build my next engine to have cray craft or kenz do it just as long as they dont give me bs and say they are 6plus mounths out and send your engine and wait till they get around to it soyou cant ride and they have your stuff.im refering to this company in vegas that i sent my old ds 2 and he said it would be 6 weeks and 12 weeks later nothing and all i got was stories. i all most didnt get my engine back and i know of others who didnt . that why i do it local or do it my self

not to many me too s ( banshees ) will want to line up with you not rely any one ecept the big ds and ultra lite draggers will the best part is you can ride all day long and no tuning. and this bike can do it all dirt sand snow only thing holding you back is money it is a little pricey but think of the fun
