Hopefully Yamaha will keep it a true sport/ute. Like a powerfull-torque monster motor, upgraded suspension, selectable 2wd/4wd, auto clutch type transmission ( no auto/belt drive please ), keep the same nimble feel and the weight down. If Yamaha would build it, I would buy it.

Yea, I think that there would be a big market for sportier 4x4 quads. Something that weighs like 450 pounds maybe. I really think that whatever manufacture designs one first will make big bucks.

Does anyone know how the Wolverine sales are doing? Although theres quite a selection of different atvs theres huge amounts of consumers and yet i seldomly hear the Wolverines name come into the picture.

The Wolverine is in serious need of some updating. It needs selectable 2/4wd, minimum 400cc, larger tires and lower gearing, and a bigger tank.

Actually, I don't think that it necessarily need to be 400cc, maybe just a lightweight updated 350, I think they should make it very lightweight, you know, with a good power to weight ratio. If peopple want something 400cc with a big gas tank and all of the perks, they could get a kodiak.

if they added the 2wd/4wd select and some more power i'd buy it, a 4 vlave 350cc liquid cooled motor would work well, say around 25-28 hp in that would be real fun.

Yeah if they would just update that cylinder head, alot more power could be made. I would really be happy if it had a 4 valve head for more top end power.
