YZ250 will win, they weigh a whole lot less than the 4 stroke and the 250 has that wicked 2 stroke zip.

YZ450F vs. YZ250R
I HAVE A 2004 YZ 450F AND HAVE RACED BOTH A NEW YZF 450 AND YZ 250 AND I CAN SAY BOTH ARE BETTER RIDERS THAN ME, THE YZ 250 TOOK ME ON THE HOLE SHOT BUT BY THE TIME I GOT INTO 3RD GEAR I WAS PAST HIM AND NEVER LOOKED BACK, THE YZF 450 I BEAT EVERYWHERE, BUT IT WAS ALWAYS FAIRLY CLOSE TO ME, FROM START TO TOP SPEED. THEY ARE ALL FASTER THAN THEY PROBABLY SHOULD BE, BUT THATS WHY WE LOVE THEM RIGH ? LOL
