i might need a new axle for my blaster. does anyone knwo if theres any bikes that have interchangable axles, like if a banshee or warrior axle will fit? otherwise im gettina 2+.

 

A Banshee will work but Id just go with a Dura Blue or RPM

 

are the axles the same thickness? i did a search on old threads and i saw people sayin that warrior axles fit. they unless u get a different sleeve and bearings. i am doin carrier bearings in my blaster and my dads warrior and the warrior axle is thicker and the bearings inner and outer diamiter is bigger than the blaster. i know that with a banshee axle the caliper wont work because the caliper is stationary and the rotor floats, but with the banshee axle the rotor is stationary because banshee calipers float. my rear brakes dont work anyway so i dont cair. im gettina hydro kit. i just dont want to have to spend 250+ on a new rear axle. i want to find a newer slightly used one on ebay, like if someone put a wider axle in there new banshee and is selling the old one. if anyone has suggestions please let me know. thanks

The banshee axle will fit, and its a +2 compared to the blaster. If you order a shee +2 axle it will really be +4 on the blaster.

 

thanks. i ended up beaing able to tap the thread but i need a new castle nut. the axle wasnt comin out so i put the nut on backwards( so the bigger end stuck out and hit it with the 2lb malit. it started to push the nut onto the axle and ruened the threads. it mushroomed it a lil bit but its taped and all good now. thanks for the help. i still might do the banshee axle anyway, if i can find one cheep
