Wow, thanks a lot for all the help. For just starting im gonna go with the Blaster and get some mods for it....

Can you list some helpful mods that i should get first and if you could try the prices for those.

I would get a Raptor 350 but my dad has 3 wheeling experianse and doesn't want me to start with something that big yet. Thanks again for your help!!!!

Get toomey pipes over the prolines. Toomeys are way better, get some tires, an air filter, and just the basics first...

i think the blaster is a good choice. it responds very well to modds too if you are going to be doing some of that. im 16 and about 130lbs. and i dont have a problem with the blaster being too small. i dont think you really notice it unless you ride bigger quads or are like 6 foot tall. since the blaster is small its also very easy to throw around and furthermore control. i started out on a blaster and it was perfect for me. not i ride it to its limits and its still awesome. this is about 1 year + after i first got it but thats just me. good luck with whatever you get.

the pheonix IS from a KNOWN manufacturer...ever heard of polaris? OEM parts won't be hard, but i havent seen one hop up part of it yet. also i wouldnt get it either..a 200cc 4 stroke with an auto tranny, u'll be bored in a few weeks.

toomeys are not the greatest if you are going to do future mods such as porting or big bore kits. Go with FMF, its supposto be the best all around pipe for the blaster, i love mine.

A tiawanese company makes the pheonix and polaris's other smaller atvs. but i woudnt get it eaither. its heavy and slow.
