Are the Raptors going to be recalled

Christ, spelling or not Im glad you are from the other side of the state, Ladies and Gentleman BeartrackerAR is not Truly representative of the population of Arkansas, just like Bill Clinton isnt either. Where did you get this information your brothers Larry, Darryl, and Daryll. We dont know until we get told so by Yamaha or the CPSC. And as of yet we have not been told of a recall, We'll let you non-raptor owners who are all concerned about us know the minute they do.

Why would they? 1 documented incident of possibly an A-arm failure, or a freak accident and one incident of a bent axle from jumping doubles and overshooting the landing on a motocross track isn't reason to recall them. The non-Raptor guys have blown this WAY out of proportion and even a few have made attempts to come up with other problems with the Raptors that they haven't even ridden.
In a week or so, this will all have blown over, just like it did with the swingarms breaking on the 400ex or a number of other quirks on brand new machines.

There is going to be NO RECALL, based on what a couple of people that are making up stories about the Raptor bending axles, wheels and a-arms?
Lets see the pictures of these defective parts!
Have you seen schollz? He is 6'3" and looks to be around 225 lbs, he has a Raptor and he has been jumping it as well, yet he hasnt run into any of these problems.
How do ANY OF YOU know that these people making these claims arent riding beyond the bikes ability? Are they trying to do 16ft. table tops on a stock bike? Did they check to see if the tires had the proper inflation before attempting jumps or heavy riding?
I think NOT— basically these guys are either making up stories or trying to cover for their lack of ATV experience...

I'm sure all this business about bent/broken parts is pure rubbish. I only have a question about the 16 ft tabletop. That doesn't sound very far to me. I would imagine most sporty machines could handle that quite easily. Maybe if you came up short on a 16 ft double you would have some trouble, but not on a table top. Incidentally, I have bent the axle on every machine that I have ever owned. The stock axles are really pretty crappy (any brand) so I can believe that some people are experiencing problems. For me, it seems that I bend them from sliding into/over objects while on the gas hard. I can think of only one failure that occurred while jumping. Invest in a good Durablue. I have heard rumors that they are no good, but I personally have had good experience with them.
