Blaster will not start!

My friend has a blaster and i was riding it and it bogged out and stalled. we checked the spark plugs piston and almost everything

try cleaning the carb and bump starting it does it have good compression?

make sure your getting spark and check the reeds.

if its not getting spark its the tors unit on top of carb does it still have the tors on the carb? u have to unplug the box box it does to under the hood//
