With no info to go on I would start with, turning up your idle screw. Did you do somehting now it won't idle. Need more info.

Did you just do the jets or did you add the big gun and filter to. Will it run at higher throttle, does it pop, what are you needles set at?

Does it idle with the choke on? Does it run at all? Sure your carb is in the boots. Any popping? Just changing the jetting will not help unless you make sure every thing else is right. Pilot should be good air/mix screw can be turned out more and or you could go up another size jets.

make sure its 3 turns out. 3 full turns, alot of people do 1/2 a turn and think its a full turn...

clean the carbs, take out the mixture screws make sure theres nothing pluggin it up. blow all the passages and jets with air. check the float levels, it should be 13mm or 0.51 in from the mating suface to the top of the float( gasket removed). the mixture screws should be 3 turns out on the left and 2 on the right.

this is unsupported by anything ive read but for some reason when i first changed the pipe, i put it on with the carbs and airbox stock. in idle would just pop and back fire but would rev up nicely, would go back to normal with the stock pipe.the popping stopped when i took the lid off and installed the proflow kit with k&n. on the instructions from yoshi mura said that installing the pipe did not require jet modification unless the airbox was modified.

forgot to mention. does it idle if you hold the throttle in a bit? it could be that the idle is too low.
