It would be nice if you could find out who got your Raptor and call Yamaha about it with names and dates of when deposits were put down.

Yes i used to be in the off road bbs and yes i used to ride at Bong. I sold the scrambler for the 99 400ex and sold that back in may for the Raptor. I also have 3 trips planed but as it looks i will have to cancel the until next year. i dont ride at bong any more i think it SUCKS.
There is a place that just opened up in Fondulac co. on Main street I havnt been there yet (due to no mach.) but friends of mine have been there and said it is pretty cool.

If i ever get mt Raptor we can go for a ride some time if it is not to far from you...

the place in Fondulac is privatly owned not a state park so there are some nice tracks there with some decent jumps.

Back in July, I called all around to find a dealer that didn't already have a waiting list for the Raptor. I even called out of state. It was surprising to find out that some dealers offered me a chance to be "moved up" in line for a little extra cash. In fact, one dealer was a large dealer and already had a waiting list of like 20 to 30 people with deposits. He said for $2000 he would be willing to **** off some good customers and give me the first Raptor that was supposed to arrive in August. He also told me that we couldn't meet at the dealership because nobody else could know. I don't know about anybody else, but stuff like this sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily I was finally able to find a dealer that hadn't started a list yet.
