ok appearently, he can either get a 400ex or a blaster...but should he get the blaster and take the money that he saves (instead of getting the EX) and use it to mod the blaster.

IE:
get a stock 400ex
or get a blaster and then some mods

 

um.........i think i could translate this. I think he aking wheather he should buy a blaster and take the money that he has saved and mod it or buy a 400ex and since they are a bit more pricy he would have to spend his saved money on the 400ex so he wouldnt have any money to mod it. Its not painfully clear, but you guys dont have to exaggerate it so much. You know what he is asking, and if you dont then read more carefully.

My opinion, you'll be much better off with the EX.
