HONESTLY, I THINK A YFZ, TRX, RAPTOR WOULD BE BETTER, JUST ME 2 CENTAVOS THOUGH.

ALOT LESS MAINTANANCE AND THEY DONT BLOW UP AS OFTEN.

PLUS THE MARKET IS SHIFTING MORE TOWARDS 4 STROKES AND ELIMINATING 2 STROKES.

PLUS THE NEWER 4 STROKES ARE REVVING ALMOST AS QUICK AS SHEES ARE NOWADAYS ANYWAYS.

JUST MY THOUGHTS.

If your riding area is heavily wooded with narrow trails a Banshee may not be what your looking for, but if you have some open areas it is awesome. Keep the mods to pipes and jets and it will give years of service, start porting and raising the compression and the clocks ticking...

He already said he would be riding in open areas..... The pro's, Banshee's are great for wide open areas...... The con's, your friends will all be jealous......

He's also in New York.. "open areas" are limited and could mean something less than what we think it does.

Mixing gas is not bad, I just keep a five gallon can ready. Even for trail riding the Banshee is not bad, even though I go through a set of plugs every two months from lugging around at lower RPMs (but what is $3.00 every two months). My Banshee is seven years old and was rebuilt for the first time last summer (just the top end). If you keep it relatively stock and properly maintain it, it will last a long time.
