I read somewhere that there is a rumor about a KTM 450 race quad in the works
does anyone have any info about this or maybe pics

(I posted in yamaha cause i didnt know where else to post it)

 

They posted on their website that they are looking for an ATV chassis engineer, so they probably do have something in the works.

 

there is a quad its a ktm 520 engine in a lobo frame thats the only ktm Kwad iv ever heard of

 

Theres a few KTM powered quads running around. W-Tec sells one, Daryl Rath has a 525 in a Predator frame and a Walsh framed 520. Some guy just put a 640 in a Cannondale frame. So theres a good many running around. I'm sure theres more than what I named.

 

yeah i know about the ktm powered quads
but im talking about a ktm production quad

 

id love an KTM quad

 

If KTM made a 525 quad with reverse, it would dominate! I've riden a 520 KTM exc and sx, I've never been on anything else that gives me that much of a "hold on for deer life" feeling. Gobs of power. I bet they would cost like $8000 though.
