Hey guys i want a good exhaust for my quad but it has to be relativly quiet for the place that i ride. Any ideas would really help.

i would always say HMF( bcuz of the results from mine) and with the quiet core insert it make it alot quieter.. almsot as quiet as stock but still has reasonable gains but i think the FMF Megamax II is pretty quiet..

 

Thnks man i had that hmf in mind, but i didnt know how quiet it was with the quietcore. I heard it insanely loud w/o it!

 

yea it's loud as frick.. i'd say atleast 108DB maybe 110

 

And with the quiet core what u think its down to? Also what is stock exhaust db level?

 

get real, its not that loud.

watch his movie he just posted and youll hear what hmf sounds like.

well the pipe with the quiet core insert is prolly jsut a few DB's over stock.. but not much and watch the video i posted abotu me messing around at badlands... you'll hear what it sounds like..
