Default NEED HELP POPING OUT OF EXHAUST

I JUST FINISH PUTTING THE GOODS ON MY YFZ450 SE.YOU KNOW YOSHIMURA TITANIUM EXHAUST COMPLETE, GYT-R JET KIT, PRO DESIGN INTAKE. BUT HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN IM SHIFTING IM GETTING A POPING OUT OF MY EXHAUST. I FOLLOWED THE DIRRECTION OF THE JET KIT WITH #165 MAIN 2 2/3 TURN OUT LID OFF. ANY SUGGESTION IM UNDER 2000 FT ALTITUD.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

call them up and ask. Did it make the poping noise before you installed evry thing? If it did maby it isnt timed right. i dunno or maby the valves need adjusting

first of all sorry about the cap thing. and so go with a bigger jet #170 and what about the needle? it's on number three going from top down, and the mixure screw 2 2/3? i thanks for your help guys.

What pilot are you running?
If you are not running at least a 45-48 pilot, then you need to change that.

Drop the clip on the needle to the 4th clip position.

See if that helps.

the pilot jet is at stock #42. ill try all these ideas and let you guys know. thanks.
ohh one other info, let see if these gives you and idea of what going on. at idel reving it up and hold it at mid even high rpms and let got i get a flam coming out the pipe about 5 inches it looks cool but i know that not right. the engine has great responce when throttle is given.

thank to for the help, i got my bike run good, just a little bit more adjustment on the pilot screw to be tune in perfect . oh the fix was the clip 4th groove on the needle, top to bottom. the screw is set at 2 3/4 turns out .
