Default Raptor Spring Tuning/Cleaning

I recently posted about my headers heating up and turning red, im going to take your advice on the situation tommorow. Along with that i want to do some work on the bike. What would be some suggestions, besides obviously cleaning the bike lol. Also, i wanted to change my oil but i dont have a oil pump to get the oil out, is there an easier way to drain the oil? Thanks for all your support and replies on the last post.

Ok you don't need a pump to drain the oil..you need to remove the oil plug at the bootom of the crankcase, under the shifter and then the other on under the oil tank (it is also the front oil tank mount bolt). Change the oil filter then put 1-1/2 qts of oil back in the tank ,start it, rev it up, shut it off and fill to the dip stick line.

You can get a Clymer repair manual from ebay for about $25 which leads you step by step through all needed maintenance on your raptor saving you big bucks from the dealer prices.
