Default 05 Grizzly gas boiling???

I have seen this problem on different makes, basically like you said when the 4 wheeler was sitting still all the heat went up to the gas tank. I had that problem on my Raptor and had seen it happen on 300ex's, Wolverines, Warriors, even seen it on a 400ex, but like I said it was just from setting an idoling that caused it.

Default 05 Grizzly gas boiling???

I got mine from Highlifter.com. I think there were a few people that were able to find the same thing for less money at other places. I didn't spend the time to look around, I was too pissed about the overheating thing, and I ordered it the next day. It works. Its some kind of fiberglass insulation wrap. Gets you itchy when you put it on. Just a small roll of it, and some clamps are provided. (not many clamps though) Keeps the heat more in the pipe, and helps a lot, because the pipe is so close to the carb and runs right along the side of the gas tank.
