Default raptor 350 or blaster

I am looking at buying either a raptor 350 or a blaster 200 2-stroke which one would be ,in stock condition, better for racing.

Well i'm gonna say blaster on this one, because there cheapier and there pretty cheap to mod and get lots of power out of them. However the rap350 can be made into a racer too,but i think the blaster would be better for the money.

Raptor 350...But IMO id go with the blaster because they have more mods available, cheaper to mod, and are easier and cheaper to maintain. I have run the **** out of my blaster motor and it still runs like new, it's a tough little motor!!

not saying anything about blasters cause they are fun quads they just have a real short power ban..... and the 350 are bullet proof but you can mod a 350 for pretty cheap also cam ,pipe and modded air box and your good to go .... its going to come down to preference 2 stroke or 4 stroke..... bone stock 350 faster for sure

I would say the Raptor 350 beacuase its a great machine... I raced my stock one with a heavily moded Blaster (looked like it) and I kicked him taking about 3 ATV lenghts from him every time we raced. It a great quad and more power than the blaster.

what kind of riding are u gona be doin? how big are you? do you need reverse. whats ur price limit? ive beat the tar out of my blaster and ive even sunk it and it hydrolocked. all the engen internals are orilginal and the motor has never been apart... even after i sank it, in sand water. that was 1 1/2 years ago and its still holding up well. i know a guy with a warrior that did the same as me, but in fresh water, and has never had a problem wiht his bike. how much riding experiance do you have? how old are you? are u gona keep growin. do u plan on modding ur bike or keepin it stock.

yes definatly the raptor 350 because their motors aren't that complicated, but neither is the blaster, but the raptor is already faster when it is stock all you need really is a pipe ,k&n filter, and get it re-jetted and that thing would fly.

The blaster motor is a much easier motor to work on then the Raptor350's. Im sure the Raptors is easy to, but rebuilding a topend on a little motor like the blasters is much easier then most 4 strokes. 4 strokes you gotta worry and timing and valve adjustment and stuff like that. In my opinion get the blaster. They could by modded like crazy and prolly react better to mods then a Raptor350. Good Luck.
