1999 Warrior problem!! ????

Default 1999 Warrior problem!! ????

Heres the scenario ride ride ride sometime for along sometimes not up and down hills trails etc. then here comes the strait away brrraaapp!! up in top gear and then wham dead !!!! Engine turns over but no start ! Wait a long while or by the time i get home hit the start button and bop,bop,bop,bop bop runs great like nothing ever happened this is bugging me to no end any help please!!!

I've had this problem before but it probably was just the spark plug cuz the next day we took it in to get it serviced at the dealer and havn't had a problem since.

just put in a new stock plug? I will try it .. and also does the warrior have a over temp shut off like that?

Same thing happened to my 2000 Warrior,,,,it was the stator.

then why does it start after it waits awhile[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] How much and how hard of an install is that ...

stator are high but they are no trouble to put in but i would make that my last resort.
