Default 1999 Warrior problem!! ????

I know this is going to sound strang, but my freind had the same problem. It would due to same thing when the gas valve was open, he would turn it to reserve and it would run fine. We figured that there was some dirt in the valve. We never saw or heard anything like it before, but I would give it a try first.

Good luck.

I was flying up a hill one time in 6th almost tapped and mine just cut out and stalled. I let it sit for a little and it fired right back up. It overheated and shut off.

After you replace spark plug, try this. Run in 6th tapped and spread your legs wide so all the air is getting to the motor. It might help. I always do that now whenever I run my quad tapped. Since both of them are air cooled.

So as for the fuel problem after it died he just would put it on reserve and all is well... Here is the update I pulled the orig. plug and it looked black so i replace it with a d9ea (cooler plug).. Also I cleaned and reoiled the K&N Filter. changed oil , and fixed a leaking neutral switch. while i was there getting parts I asked the guys at the shop they said maybe the coil...??? Hvent had a chance to ride it yet I will try the fuel ****.... Raining here lately

P.S. Go Pack!!!!
