Default What should I do?

Ok when I got my quad the seat cover was already on it and it had been used about 4 times. On saturday I noticed a little crack down the right side of the seat cover where the graphics are and on sunday I came home and there was about a 1.5" rip down the left hand side of my seat! It is about halfway down on the top corner where the seam is. Now I don't know what to do about this. I was thinking about emailing Yamaha and asking them to send me a new one because this one was faulty or something (I doubt they will send one) or..... I could be sneaky and lie and say that I bought a kit and it didn't come with a seat cover and they might send me one. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on this.

(PS in case you didn't know it is an aftermarket seat cover that comes with the GYTR graphics kit)
Thanks!
