These are 2 entirely differenct quads. The Shee is an all out racer and a bada$$ one too! The Raptor is a great trail machine with the power of a racer. I thought about the same thing when I went to buy my Raptor. Having reverse and the reliability of a 4 stroke swayed me towards the Raptor. The Banshee is still a sick ride though.
