To my knowledge, for a stock raptor, with just the pipe, the Yoshi is the quietest at 100db. Trinity maked at 103 i believe and all others were around there. I guess just get a pipe with a quite core insert. All other pipes that i know of are louder than the yoshi. Expect posible the white brothers E2 series. Good Luck.

Currently the two best pipes for an internally modified Raptor are the Tim Barker's and the LTE's.

when the engine is modified the LTE performs even better, The DB on the Raptor LTE pipe is around 94 with quite core. 98 without quite core. This is a dual exhaust systems, check the website lteracing.com

the sparks pipe would prob. be very good but also too loud
you wont find a pipe that is quieter and outperforms the yoshi from what ive seen and read
also dont believe the overinflated dyno numbers from pipe manufacturers themselves

LTE does not overinflate their dyno readings. They dont have too. They stand by their pipes 100% I took my raptor 660 to sand mountain last november and had it put on the dyno there the readings were the same as LTE claims on their website.

Maybe you need to run two different pipes? If you want all out performance you know what pipes are out there as everyone has recommended. For noise issues check out the vendors websites "contact us" and get the latest from the manufacturer as they may make something in house for your pipe that isn't advetised. That's how I got a Black gas tank from IMS for a YZ450F as they only advertise blue or natural. All they can say is "No" or here's what I recommend. Good luck.
