Default Oil Change

What is the proper method when doing an oil change on a raptor? The reason i ask is this....I recently bought a 2002 Troy Lee Edition Raptor from a friend in need of cash. This is my first Yamaha.I used to own a Polaris Trailblazer250 I changed the oil today and it seemed like it did'nt all drain out of the oil tank located on the frame. Is this normal to have oil still in the tank ,or am i doing something wrong? Please help a newb out

first take off the bolt at the bottom of the oil tank and then open the filler cap and all of the oil from the tank should drain out
then just drain it from the motor and replace both plugs and fill it up
or somethin like that

Assuming you are talking 660...I used about 2 quarts in mine. You have to fill it up a little ways then start it and let the engine pull some out of the tank and then refill the tank the the proper level.
