I like the Duncan fatboy Exhaust, it works Great, but i has anyone heard of the LRD?? Performance, quality?? i like how it looks. a buddie has one on his TRX450 and it looks nice.
IM reading here that the pipe depends on what type of riding your doing.. i ride dezert and Xc any recommendations?

 

Well i'm running a yoshi pro series full titanium system. I love it, sound and runs good . But it is price, if you have the cash go for it.

curtis sparks by far gives the best performance outta it my friend has a yfz with one and ive read reviews on them and they said it is by far the best performance pipe for the yfz

 

Sparks is gonna be the best pipe IMO also...If you ever decide you wanna juice up that 450...the Sparks will handle whatever h.p. you wanna pull outa that motor...can't say that about the rest...Most of the fastest 450's Ive ever seen run the Curtis Sparks pipes.Click here

 

I agree and think curtis sparks makes a grreat pipe for the 450. the only thing that you have to keep in mind is were you ride. My buddy who has a trx 450 with a sparks pipe got busted out in Ocatillo (california) for having a pipe that is higher than 96 decibles loud. His rang at 108. Loud is good, as long as you dont get caught for it. Rangers suck

 

Have ESR, and whooped on some Sparks, but have lost to couple. Mostly about rider, and holeshot at comp hill at Dumont. ESR has more top-end, even Curtis admitted it and showed on dyno.

 

I also have a friend with a sparks and it is nasty sounding and makes great power but it is loud as hell so i would recomend the Yoshi cus it makes nice power and it has a spark arrestor and meets the db limits for just about anywhere you will want to ride.

screw the spark arrester. I always take that piece of crap out. Sparks is awesome because it will blow your eardrums out at the high end. And if you dont get a sparks get a duncan. Both are moderately priced and you will get good power and sound with the both of them. You can get the full system for under 500 for the both of them.....at least thats the price in California
