12 TOOTH
#2
I went to a 12 tooth on a 95 warrior of mine. I would never of gone back to a 13. Thats how much I liked it. Less shifting around 1st ,2nd and 3rd. It added torque and didn't sacrifice to much top speed. DO IT MAN! You'll see!

Hey 2Fast, I changed to a 12 tooth on my Raptor350 about two weeks ago.
What an improvement, I dont see myself going back anytime soon.
My biggest complaint now is the stock tires suck but it'll do a wheelie on the pavement without even trying

Not only did I put a 12T on the front, but also a 42T on the back. As long as I can get traction, the front comes up 1st through 4th with little effort. Takes a chunk out of top end though.
For trail riding (long trails that is) I go to a 15/40 setup which is great for cruzing .. the engine doesn't work hard at all putting along at 70km/h, but it's not near so much fun in the pits with that gearing ..
