Default must.....have......warrior

I've been looking up pics and specs of Warriors the past couple of days, and, I must have one! On average, how much do they cost, and what year did they stop making them? Add anything you think I might need to know too. Right now I have a 2005 Wolverine (White, 350cc, 4x4 for those who dont know) and its 25" SuperSwamper Vamps are comin in Saturday- I'll have pics :-D

And yes- I know the Wolverine is just a Warrior, + the 4x4/utility features, - the topspeed, manual clutch, etc.

Just out of curiousity, why do you want a warrior if you already have a Wolvy? You could get a Warn 242 and turn the wolvy into selectable 2wd and basically have the same bike.

If I was going to buy a sport quad I wouldnt be buying basically the same thing I already have minus 4wd. JMO though, warriors are nice.

2004 was the last year for the trusty ol' Warrior. I had an '87 and an '02 and there were very few differences. Hey, if you got it right to begin with, why change it? Finally for '05 Yamaha gave the machine a makeover and changed the name to the Raptor 350. I kinda agree with maddog56 though, even if you insist on having a Warrior too, get the unlocker for your Wolverine. I just can't believe that Yamaha hasn't made the Wolvy with selectable 4wd yet. The utility machines have been gettin' it for years now and I think for 2005 you'd be hard pressed to find ANY full time 4wd machine other than the Wolverine and it's a SPORT/utility! Well I guess at least Warn is happy with Yamaha's procrastination as I'm sure they sell tons of unlocker kits for the Wolverine. BTW I have a friend who installed a Warn unlocker on his Foreman 450ES and he loved how "sporty" it made his ride. Just imagine what it would do for YOU with a true sport/ute.
