Default Raptor Chain

I recently changed my chain on my Raptor 660, with a X-ring DID chain. When I installed first it was fine, however when I ride with two people (other person is like 90 lbs), the chain get loose, & I have alot of slack. It's very little slack, but it makes alot of banging noise up near the front sprocket. How can I go about tightening the chain? It is extremely small. It's not enough to take a link out. Any suggestion are appreicated.

ARE YOUR ADJUSTERS BOTTOMED OUT?? IF NOT TRY THAT, IF THEY ARE THEN ROTATE YOUR SWING ARM ALL THE WAY FORWARD AND SEE HOW MUCH SLACK YOU HAVE, IF THERE IS ENOUGH CUT OUT A LINK. THAT'S ABOUT YOUR ONLY OPTIONS.

The adjusters are bottom out. I just took one out, I didn't realize how long those screws are. Now the problem is, I got one of the screws out, but the other one is only coming out about half way. I might be able to take a whole link out. How do I move the swingarm up more forward? Any suggestions on getting out that other adjuster?

loosen the bolts on the brake side of the carrier housing and it will move forward, try that befor taking the adjuster bolt all the way out.

I have the same exact problem. I put an X-ring DID chain on. When I put it on, It was adjusted all the way forward on the scale. It keeps loosining and loosining. Now I am all the way back on the scale. I don't think I have much adjustment left. This chain streaches like snot. I adjust it to spec everytime. Can't handle Raptor torque I guess. I am going back to Oring next time.

you should be able to tighten it! i would assume because the stock raptor chain doesn't have links. My dad is 280lbs and he rides fine.. it is too slow and small for him.."wat he says" but it shouldn't be as much of a prob having to take a link out..

adjust it all the way forward then take a link out, and adjust from there... if you cant get the bolt all the way out, just crank on it, if it breaks, tap it out and buy a new bolt. just my suggestion, thats what happend to me

Thanks for the advice, however in the process of getting that other adjuster out, I broke the bolt . How do I go about tapping it out? I heard those kits to get broken screws out don't work!
