Hey guys,

I have a 2004 Grizzley that just started acting up on me. The prob is I need it for a movie shoot tommorrow! Every time I get it up to top end, the engine cuts out once and dies completely and refuses to be restarted for five minutes. It revs perfectly throught he entire powerband. The only problem comes when the speed maxes out. This has got to be an electrical problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

Not knowing this model, there is a remote possibility there is a rev limiter that's killing the engine when it goes into redline (?) Call the dealer to confirm...

 

Maybe Vapor locking, make sure you have no kinks in the fuel line and your fuel cap vent hose is not plugged.
