thinking of going back to the utility bikes now, not sure , what yall think ?

if anything i ran to lean , but that wasnt it , i sucked up some water in my box and it got into the carbs and ran through the motor and cooked it

Make sure and check the lower rod bearing on the crank. With it being an 87 that could sure be the cause. I've seen it happen several times on older machines.

update : needs to be bored and needs a new piston as far as we know , might need a crank , if it does need a crank iam parting it out , anyone know of anyone maby looking for banshee parts ? i got all you need

also it didnt suck up water , it was b/c i was told from the dealer that i could run 93 and i was suopose to only run 110 or higher

If you get it fixed, you should get it bored and a port job so you can run 93 octane. I dont see why you would have to run 110 or higher tho but eric gorr can solve that octane issue with a port job. I think its ericgorr.com but i'm not sure. Good Luck with it

hey thanks man , iam going to a .40 over . it was cuz of the Cool heads on it , they re domed to 20cc

its being rebuilt ! then sold for $2000 !
