Yamaha Fixes Raptor
#1
Just wanted to let everyone know that Yamaha is covering my bent axle and wheel on my Raptor. I am actually surprised they are bellying up to the table. I've been crying like a little baby since the axle got bent (I can't play with my new toy). The guy at the dealership said Yamaha asked him if my Raptor had been flipped or looked like it had been wrecked. There ain't a scratch on it. He also said Yamaha would only replace this once....cool. I hope not to bend this axle, not sure how the other bent so easily, but sure I'll have to get a Dura-blue sooner or later. I obviously think it's great that Yamaha is covering this considering the circumstances.

It's still at the shop waiting for the axle to come in. They got the replacement wheel, but I've got some ITP 9x9 .190 going on instead. At least I'll have an extra set of wheels I can do something with. We are going out to Shilo Ridge Sunday and I'll be on my 400ex. I may stay away from the track for a while when I get the Raptor back. That's where I bent everything, out at Shady Grove. I have 2 Seadoo's and both Ride plates are broken from jumping waves. I have 2 ATV's and one bad boy is down. Did I say how much I love my 400ex...the only thing I have that's not broke.
