I am thinking about putting an FMF Pipe and Silencer on my son's 99 Blaster.

My question is what modifications will I need to make to the following:

Airbox?
Main Jet size?
Pilot Jet size?
Needle position?

We ride at Sea Level in hot weather conditions.

Thanks!

My son has a 99 Blaster with a FMF pipe, I left the stock main jet alone but I raised the needle up 1 spot. I also had to adjust the air screw in until the flat spot off idle was eliminated. I also drilled 6 1inch holes in the top of the airbox and installed the unifilter airbox filters. And also I went up 1 tooth on the counter shaft sprocket. With these simple mods the Blaster is a whole different machine. Hope this helps.
