Just saw my first look at the raptor. Mission Yamaha, Laguna Niguel(Southern California), received 2 yesterday (9-26-00) one black, one blue. I am number 4 on the list so I may have to wait a little bit more but it is positive that they are here. Actually a week early since others were saying Oct 2 for delivery.
Started her up, sounded like my warrior...too bad I couldn't ride it and can't wait.

I just talked to my local Yamaha shop here in Redding, CA. (Northern CA.). He said they have one coming in tomorrow. I am #6 on my list. Hopefully, it wont be much longer.

Im here in chico, just got off the phone with my dealer, he said any day now. I cant wait, im #3 on the list. To make matters worse my roomate left for sand mtn. Told me he would take lots of pictures, thanx alot. If anyone else in the Nor Cal area recieves their raptor let us know.
