Dragging a Banshee with a yfz450?
#1
How much chit would a person have to do to a banshee in order to beat a yfz450 with a cam mod and open air box in a grag? Long story short my neighbore and I have a little contest going. I toped his warrior with my rappy, he bought a yfz 450 to top my raptor and now I'm getting a banshee in hope to top his yfz?

A few buddies of mine have a shee with sst pipes, and a yfz with a gyt-r slip on and intake. the yfz blows it away bottom end getting about 3-4 lengths out, then the shee flies by in a LONG race.

Still got the raptor, top speed of my rappy and his 450 is the same right now cause I geared down to a 12 tooth. I love my raptor and the way it runs now so I dont want to f with it cause my wife has to ride that one cause I sold her warrior to get the shee. I'm hoping the shee will give him a run for his $$. His 450 has been piped/jetted/lid off and runs strong!! The Shee I just bought has a bore, "dont know what size yet, I'll find out monday when I pick it up. It also has T7 full system toomy exhaust, K&N pro flow, 3hrs on a new rebuild ported and polished with a new torquer crank? What do you think will happen?

Well, with that said you might beat him. BTW Toomey racing only makes T-5 and T-6 pipes for the shee.

No fret, like i said tho, if the shee has those mods and is rebuilt and running right, from what ive seem come out of yfz's, the yfz will get a jump on it, then the shee will go right past.

I'll let you know the out come, I'm pretty jacked to get the shee. When I found out that they wern't going to make the shee after 06 I wanted to get one. YFZ's are big around here in Idaho and Oregon.
