front tire and radiator problem on my banshee

alright my banshee;s front tires on the left side the rims can touch teh A-ARM (NOT GOOD) then my radiator leake all the coolent i put into in less then an hr what do u think is the problems

can you see where the coolant is coming out from it might be a cracked hose or something try to pin point the leak
