I wouldnt try 145/150, that is stock settings and you have a pipe on it. Probbably 150/155 or 155/160ish is where you should be running with stock filter id say.

I just looked it up for you as I was looking up my own jetting question. With that slip on run a 150-L/155-R and leave the clip in the stock position and you should be fine. Clean everybit of that carb and flush out that gas tank, as you probably have some residue inside the tank. Good luck!

well worked on the rappy today cleaned the carbs and put if fresh gas . pilot jets were completly clogged and alote of varnishing in car bowls i cleaned it best i could fired it up and it idled good and ran fair for a few minutes then started running really rough again. so i did all again now i say bike is running at best 75% of what it should.i bought some carb cleaning additive call sea foam to put in the bike today its said to help clean the varnishing and junk out of the thing i hope it helps.if all goes well it will clean on out after some riding if not i guess ill have to clean the hole system again until its all out

If you bought a slip on exhaust most manufactures will give you the jetting specs, or ask your dealers service center for specifics. If your getting really crazy with engine mods stay away from Dyno-jet as there set-up is different then most industry standards. They have thier own number systems and different needles.

Congrats on the Raptor. Sounds like a good deal to me. Get the carbs good and clean, and ckeck the float levels. Put some fresh gas, and change the oil and filter and you should be good to go. I have an 01, and never had any problems with the tranny, and i ride hard almost every weekend. Good luck.
