I just got a kodiak 450 (my first atv)and I wondered what you guys did to prevent rust on your atv's.
I went to a dealer the other day and all the used machines they had were covered in rust, and some of them were not that old!
Is there is a good way to prevent it from rusting? I would appreciate any advice you can give.

BEST way to prevent rust is to powdercoat, or paint and be ready to touchup the paint often.

 

Washing all the mud and drit off helps.
