Has anyone put an inline fuel filter on there Grizzly? I have an 04'. I wanted to put a fuelfilter on it but the line has the silver foil around it. I know this was to help with the heat issue. If I cut some of the foil out to put in the filter, will I have a problem with the gas getting hot? I was wondering if anyone has done this. Anyone?

I thought about doing the same thing but alot of people on this forum talk about boiling fuel so I am not sure if I should do it or not. I did put one on a Warrior and it worked great.

I put a inline filter on my 05 Grizzly. I just cut the tube in half, removed a little from one of the halves and wrapped the whole thing with aluminum foil from the kitchen. I have not had any fuel boiling problems with this setup. Works great for me.

Thanks for the idea. I think I'll try that.

The fuel tank on the Grizzly has built in strainers built into the fuel supply ports. Adding a fuel filter may not hurt, but it is not needed. If the fuel tank is fully drained the strainers are visible with a flashlight.
