warrior problems leaving me stranded
#1
i have a 96 warrior which i recently purchased and for some reason it runs fine in my garage and as soon as i take it out 15 minutes into riding it just dies , but it will restart and idle but then you put it into gear and as soon as you start to let the clutch out it dies again, is there a chance its over heating?, carbs been cleaned like it was new all jets cleaned and new gas , i have not yet cut the brake sensor wanted to check with some warrior speacialist to find out what may be going on , please respond if you need anymore info just ask thanks in advance!
ps alot of you guys helped my with the jetting and stuff on my rap 350 and i want to thankyou, im lovin my rappy even more now!!

is the carbon buildup at the tip of the exhaust white or black. Also is the sparkplug white or black. If it is, then play with air-fuel mixture.Try to richen it up.Or if u are running without an airbox, put it back on.

also after 20 minutes it has very eratic idle and the carb is perfect really nice shape and like i said cleaned and the idle only surges after its been running awhile

the fact that it only happens after the bike has run for 15-20 minutes did i think it might be overheating
