GYT-R Pipe for Raptor 660???
I have the Carbon Fiber GYT-R pipe on my 04 Raptor, When combined with an aftermarket air filter and proper jetting, the difference is amazing. The raptor just begs for an aftermarket pipe to unleash the beast within. I love the sound of my pipe, although it is a bit loud for certain situations, such as if i just want to ride down to the neighbors house. It has a great sound, and when out riding in the woods or trails it sounds perfect, but it might be a bit loud for in town or around your neighbors.

OK, well I wasnt planning to do jetting or anything right away, would that matter? What are some other good pipes for raptors that are not to loud?
I know the brands and can check them out online but, I want to hear from people, what they have how they like them etc...

Bare with me because this is my first quad. Is rejetting difficult, I dont have much experience working with quads other than changing the oil. But I NEED to do this stuff to get experience. I have a friend that can help me but I want to try and do some stuff myself.

you can do it yourselff, just remove the front plastic, Gas tank, and lights. Then you just change the main jet on the bottem of the carb, you just need to pull the float bowls off each carb, take your time, work in a clean area, and remember how everything goes, if you run into a problem you can always ask on here and we will be happy to help you. good luck.

remove the tubes from the back of the carbs,,,and bend them out of the way
pull the carbs off the intake boots and turn the carbs over to remove the bowls
then jet according to what you get as far as intake/exhaust
i recommend a pro-flow intake mod and a good slip-on or full system,,,,and jetting of course
